Attorney-at-law Taavi Kõiv specialises in business law, financing, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

Among other matters, Taavi advises clients in startup and venture capital transactions, applying for business and finance licenses, drafting and managing option programs and capitalisation tables, as well as everyday business law and contract law issues.

Taavi has been recognised by clients in the prominent international legal market review publication The Legal 500 and mentioned as a Rising Star in the international financial law rankings publication IFLR 1000.
