Rokas serves as the Head of PwC Legal in Lithuania, a Parnter and Member of the Board at Advokaadibüroo PwC Legal Services in Estonia and is an Associated Member of the Estonian Bar Association. 

With a focus in Banking & Finance, he has successfully established and licensed numerous financial institutions and insurance companies.

Throughout his career, Rokas has been instrumental in negotiating financing documents and securing arrangements, managing the acquisition of distressed bank assets through both amicable and enforced measures, including complex M&A transactions. He has led challenging real estate due diligence projects, provided guidance on the establishment, licensing, and merging of financial institutions (comprising both banks and insurance companies), and advised banks on their non-performing loan portfolios. Additionally, he has played a significant role in organising entities to manage distressed bank assets.

Since assuming leadership of PwC’s legal team in Lithuania in 2012, Rokas has developed a keen understanding of client expectations for quality and professionalism. He ensures that all deliverables meet the highest standards of diligence and excellence.
