Mari-Liis is an assistant lawyer who supports PwC attorneys in their everyday work. She specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and data protection.

Mari-Liis holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Aberdeen School of Law and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Tilburg University Law School. Prior to joining PwC, she gained practical experience in several major Estonian banks as well as at the law firm Davidson Chalmers Stewart in the United Kingdom.
