Attorney Joonas Kartsep works mainly in the field of business law, focusing in particular on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and contract law.

He has advised clients in numerous M&A transactions at all stages of the process, as well as on day-to-day business law and contract law matters. He has also advised clients on various IT law and intellectual property issues.

Joonas holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s degree in IT Law from the University of Tartu. Before joining PwC, Joonas worked at the law firm TEGOS.
