Berta Ly is an assistant lawyer who supports PwC attorneys in their daily work within the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. In addition, she has a particular interest in intellectual property law.

Berta Ly is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Tartu. Prior to joining PwC, she worked at a law firm where she focused on intellectual property matters, including various licensing agreements, franchise agreements, trademark registration and diputes, and matters related to the film and music industries.
